Custom and personalized orders

Shipping & Processing
Processing: Processing time varies with each item (please see item description,) but I do make every effort to ship out items as quickly as possible, so they do often arrive earlier than expected, although I cannot guarantee it.
Shipping: Once an item has left my hands, I cannot be responsible for it. I will ship your item in the method requested, but if there is a problem with delivery, customers must contact the USPS directly to resolve it. I am happy to provide any information that may help in this regard.
Please note: First Class shipping includes tracking, but not insurance (which would cover a lost or damaged package.) If you would like insurance up to $50 on your package, I recommend selecting Priority shipping at checkout.
Care instructions
Hoops: Some hoops come felt backed for added durability. The threads are delicate, however, and can be easily snagged or pulled, so please use caution. I also recommend that you keep your hoop out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of its vibrant colors. Please also be aware that while these hoops should last for many years and can become heirlooms, they will naturally lose some tension over time.
Bags: Wash on cold, gentle cycle, no bleach. Tumble Dry Low.
Rosaries/Sacrifice Beads: We recommend that metal rosaries be kept in a safe pouch and not put in pockets (keys scratch!) Should your rosary ever need repair, please mail it back to us with a postage-paid return envelope and we'll repair it free of charge if it is not missing pieces.
