  • A sharp needle with a clean eye is a must! These cut through fabric like butter!

  • A good needle threader can really save your eyes! I love that this one has a small eye.

  • This is great wash-away transfer paper! Especially helpful with dark fabrics.

  • I love using this lightbox for tracing patterns! It's so much easier on the eyes.

  • Caydo hoops are good quality for the price! You can buy them in individual sizes here, although they only come in bulk online.

  • Caydo hoops are usually great quality and inexpensive. Here’s a starter pack with lots of sizes!

  • This pen gradually disappears on its own--exposure to humid air will make it disappear faster.

  • This pen's ink disappears when it gets wet, but will otherwise last a very long time.

  • This white pencil is great for marking dark fabrics and is both erasable.

  • These pens disappear with heat--either friction or a hair dryer will do the trick!

  • These are the best, sharpest scissors I've ever used. Sharper than my Fiskers!

  • Pinking shears can help your fabric keep from fraying as you work.

  • These are lovely framing hoops for your finished pieces after stitching in a regular hoop.
