M Y  S T O R Y

One of the hardest moments for me after losing a child to miscarriage was realizing that this child who was already so precious to me would never have a baby's first Christmas ornament of her own. As part of my healing process, I decided to make one for her and soon realized that I was not alone in my desire to have a physical reminder/momento/memorial of our child who we never held but who is very real and very loved.

Since each item is made to order and then made by hand, some variation in your finished product is to be expected and no two items will be exactly identical. Your item will be made using the same pattern as the item pictured above, but will be unique.

Do not sleep with your item or get it wet (no showers or swimming)--it will damage the wood, metal, and fabric. Be gentle with it.

Each item is *made to order* and takes time to create. I take pride in getting each item just right, so please allow time for your unique item to be made with love. CUSTOM COLOR REQUESTS: Unless you mention a specific DMC thread color number, I will use my best discretion to select the appropriate hue based on your request. Please be as specific as possible (i.e. "light pink", "coral", "hot pink", "baby pink", etc. instead of just "pink".)
