St Therese Peg Doll Sacrifice Beads

Sacrifice beads are a devotion that was practiced by St. Therese and her sisters as children, using a little string of beads that can slide back and forth.

Throughout your day, look for things to offer up: a disliked chore, giving the better leftovers to someone else, answering a child's millionth question patiently. Any time you offer something up as a little gift to God, slide a bead towards the crucifix, uniting your sacrifice to Christ's.
